Less sunlight, shorter days, and cooler weather can impact sleep, energy, and motivation. If you’re craving deep rest and rejuvenation, this series is for you. Your body, mind, and soul will receive much needed nourishment through yoga, mindfulness, and gentle guidance on ways to cope with what the winter season brings. Each session will include restorative rest, using supportive props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. This trauma-informed class is open to all levels of yoga experience.
