Nourish the heart and feed the soul, come home to self. Join Joy of Yoga for 2 nights and 3 days in New Harmony, Indiana- just a little over a 2 hour drive from STL. We will enjoy yoga, meditation, pranayama, self-exploration, nature and vegetarian meals.
This retreat is your opportunity to remove distraction and give you the opportunity to connect, nourish and rejuvenate. The weekend will include sound baths, meditation, pranayama, yoga, vegetarian meals, labyrinth walks, river hikes and time to explore the most charming small town!
All of New Harmony can be explored by foot. For fun, there are also golf carts that you can rent to get around. New Harmony is the perfect place to explore on bike. There are a few bikes at the hotel that you can use, or bringing your own is a great option too.
New Harmony is a 200-year old community located on the banks of the Wabash River. It began as a spiritual sanctuary and evolved into a haven for international educators, scholars, and scientists who sought equality in communal living. This serene environment is a true treasure not to be missed. The trip is perfect for those who want to connect & replenish in community amongst the healing beauty of nature.

Accommodations
This retreat is held at the New Harmony Inn in historic New Harmony, IN. All participants will be given their own room with a full or queen size bed and a private bath. Many of the rooms have fireplaces and outdoor areas.

Meals
Good nutrition is key to finding harmony within. Therefore, for this retreat, we provide a flavorful and nourishing vegetarian menu for all participants to enjoy. All meals have gluten and dairy free options.
