Join Rachel on Thanksgiving morning for a gentle yoga class open to all levels, reflections on gratitude and an extended savasana with sound healing. To be able to feel the depth and abundance that gratitude can bring, we'll use the singing bowls, meditation and gentle yoga to create harmony between our body, mind and spirit, balancing the nervous system, so we can not only receive but integrate these qualities, leaving you with a sense of peace and resiliency to take with you off your mat and into the day.
Students should bring their yoga mat, water, journal, and comfort items such as pillows, bolsters, blankets. Props are available to borrow at the studio.
