Hello! Take some time to look around, explore, and familiarize yourself with our website. If you are brand new to yoga or want to deepen your practice, you are in the right place.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What do I need to bring to class?
A: If you have a mat, bring it! If you don’t, we have mats you can borrow. Everything else you need will be supplied.
Q: What type of clothing is good to wear for a class?
A: Comfortable clothing that allows you to move.
Q: How can I prepare for class?
A: Arrive to class 10-15min early to get your props and settle in.
Q: Are classes offered online?
A: Yes, for most classes on the schedule, you will see “remote access” next to the title for our livestream classes.
Q: What if I need to switch my reservation to online at the last minute?
A: The ZOOM link was sent in a confirmation email (sent right after you sign up for class) and the Reservation Reminder email (send 24hrs before class) and you can use that link to join us livestream?
Q: What if I miss class?
A: We have a 48hr cancellation policy but you will get a recording of every class that offers that option, which is most of our classes. Whether you sign up for the in person option, or the remote access option, you will still receive a recording of the class. You will receive the recording within 24hrs of class and have access to it for 3 days.
Q: What are good options of things to eat if I’m hungry before class?
A: Eat something light. You don’t want to be hungry while practicing, but you don’t want to be digesting food either. Fruit is a great option!
Q. What if I arrive late?
A. Things happen, we understand. As you enter, please be respectful of the class, & enter the room as quietly as possible.
