As the cold winter fades away & the warmth of spring invites us in, we begin to feel a shift of flow in our bodies.
Stagnant energy from the winter months is making its journey out while new energy is trying to find space to integrate within.
We will engage in guided meditation & journaling to help create space within to let winter energy swirl out & spring energy swirl in. Participants will each create a Potion to help attract & manifest their spring intentions.
