You may have heard about it recently, but the concept is not new. We have been putting our bare feet on the earth since the dawn of our existence. Our connection to the earth is vital to our health and many of our ailments today are caused by the loss of that connection. Earthing, or grounding, has been scientifically proven to reduce pain and inflammation, improve sleep, increase blood viscosity and increase cardiovascular function. Just 20-60 minutes a day can greatly improve your health and well being.
This “class” (gathering) is designed to inform you and introduce you to the experience of connecting to the abundance of Earth’s energy.
