Finding Your Voice and Relevance as a Yoga Teacher, Educator or Community Builder During a Pandemic

This has been a difficult year for all of us filled with many ups and downs. One of the big difficulties some of us are facing is feeling irrelevant during this time of overwhelm. Those of us who educate and bring people together for our vocation may be feeling this more than ever. This time has forced us to become more flexible and creative in order to survive. Even with all of this creative flexibility it can be difficult to feel connected to our students. In this interactive Zoom workshop, I will share tools to help utilize Zoom to create a sense of community and play.

We’ll discuss how to use breakout rooms to connect and challenge students,  and ways to use physicality and the internet to create play. We will brainstorm as a group ways to stay relevant in this current climate that needs educators and community builders more than ever.

Bring a pen and paper as well as your imagination and let’s inspire one another.

You must attend this class live. A recording will be sent out to students who attend the class live to review.

Yoga Alliance registered instructors will receive 2 continuing education credits.
