Our collective consciousness has experienced so much in 2020. Many of us are in desperate need of stress reduction and tension relief.
Come on an hour long restorative journey every Thursday evening with Rachel. Together, we will experience and explore the numerous benefits that a weekly restorative practice has to offer on the mat as well as off the mat in our everyday lives. Students can expect to spend this class in long-held postures, fully supported by props, allowing the physical and mental body to be supported in every way it needs.
