For those who suffer from emotional or chronic pain, yin yoga can be a very supportive tool to increase the quality of our lives. By pausing in each yin yoga posture, we can create space within ourselves to look at pain through the lens of self-compassion and curiosity.
In this series, we’ll learn specific tools and mindfulness strategies we can take home to help us learn to cope with all types of pain, from physical to emotional.
