An empath is someone who deeply feels the emotions and energy of another person, and this can be a tricky thing to cope with on a regular basis. In this class you will learn through mindfulness meditation how to protect and ground your own energy so you can go through daily life with more ease. The beginning of each class will start with a discussion covering life as an empath, spirituality, and even more to help you become the best version of yourself. Then, you will explore meditation involving breath work and guided imagery to get you into a deeply relaxed state of mind and being. All experience levels are welcome.
