Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping that is generally induced by guided meditation. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed and practitioners may disconnect from their bodies, energies and inner dialogue.
In this series, practitioners will be offered the opportunity to rejuvenate and reconnect with their inner selves. We will begin with centering, then move through a gentle flow, practice a brief pranayama breathing practice and settle in with Yoga Nidra.
