Gain insight into the ways the seasonal and astrological changes can impact your well-being as we shift from the solar-ruled season of summer into the darker, more cooling season of autumn. While it may not feel very fall like yet, this is the perfect time to prepare for the upcoming shifts.
You will cultivate and deepen your asana, pranayama, and meditation practices in this Hatha Yoga class. We will also tap into the gifts of Mother Nature and discuss natural ways to support ourselves during this seasonal shift.
Open to all levels, props encouraged and demonstrated.
