Through deep stretches, restorative twists and rejuvenating lunges, we’ll give your joints and muscles the the TLC they deserve.
Each week we’ll focus on a different part of the body, and you'll take home tips and shapes you can use in your daily life when you need some yin yoga support on the fly. We’ll do deep stretches using the wall, blocks, blankets or a bolster.
