As we move into Spring, we can use the Chinese Meridians and Yin Yang Yoga to help us connect to our emotional life under our tissues through an interwoven experience between stillness (yin) and movement (yang).
With a yin and yang yoga sequence that targets the liver through yin yoga shapes like butterfly, dragonfly and shoelace and yang shapes like straddle forward fold, lunges, side bends and twists, we will explore ways we can move from anger to holding tender space for all human experiences with curiosity and self-compassion.
