Brandee guides attendees through a 60 minute immersive sound meditation. Sound waves wrap the room in an ethereal cocoon and gently guide practitioners into a more relaxed state of being. A guided meditation and breathing exercises are woven into the experience. Sound waves are scientifically proven to reduce anxiety, stress, tension, blood pressure, and can even help reduce pain. It is suggested to wear loose fitting clothes, optional items can include a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. We will have all other props available for you at the studio.
