We often talk about our yoga practice being an act of self care. As we work to recover from long stretches of pandemic isolation and have more of our lives online many of us are in need of community care even more than self care. In this four week series we will come together once a week to create a small community to help support one another. There will be a light, all levels friendly yoga class that will include partner stretches. Tea and socializing time after each session. The goal of this practice is to transform an act of self care, yoga into a community event where you feel connected to the other practitioners around you.
