As we move into Summer, we can use the Chinese Meridians and Yin Yang Yoga to help us connect our emotional body to our physical body through an interwoven experience between stillness (yin) and movement (yang).
With a yin and yang yoga sequence that targets the heart through yin yoga shapes, we will explore ways we can use the heart meridian to move between the emotional and physical bodies with ease.
