This is a seven-week series that includes a weekly take home care package of crystals and essential oils in the form of a crystal bath bomb and a crystal infused essential oil roller.
You will learn about 21 different high quality essential oils and 7 different crystal energies in this series.
Each week we will focus on one chakra, one crystal and a few oils. This class is great for beginners or old pros as it is all about receiving the different healing modalities.
Class will begin with a few words on the chakra, crystal and oils of the week. After applying your oily roll-on infusion, you will be guided through a chakra meditation followed by a sound bath for the remainder of class.
Rebalance, reawaken, reward and reconnect to yourself with this chakra sound series.
