Hormones and times of transition affect female bodies in different ways. You may feel uncomfortable in your body, you may feel heightened emotions, your sleep quality and energy levels may feel different. If you’re noticing these changes and they feel unsettling, this series is for you.
Through yoga, mindfulness, and somatic practices, your body, mind, and soul will receive some much needed nourishment. Each session will include restorative rest, using supportive props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. This trauma-informed class is open to all levels of yoga experience.
Each week we’ll focus on a different theme. In addition to practicing with a community of women who are on a similar journey as you, you will take home practices you can use when you need some support and care.
