Come relax and enjoy an evening of grounding with essential oils and the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, bells, chimes and rain stick. This class is all about learning how to use your senses and your environment to get grounded in times of stress or overwhelm.
Grounding is a physical action taken to soothe the nervous system and secure a sense of calm in your body.
As you inhale the grounding scents of essential oils, your limbic system, which is where your emotions are regulated, will be directly affected in seconds, making you feel calmer, less anxious, more at ease and grounded. As you let the aromas take over your senses, we will learn a little bit about how and why oils work as well as touch on other things you can do to become grounded in everyday life.
This class will cover 6 essential oils to help you remain grounded. 3 blends and 3 single oils from Young Living. You will go home with samples of all 6 oils.

After the education portion of class, you will get comfortable and relax into a sound bath. Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you need to sit or lay comfortably on the floor for the full 90 minutes. The studio does have props available.
