From an Ayurvedic perspective, detoxing is about opening channels to remove toxins from the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies, while nourishing yourself with new energy. Detoxing can take many forms—food and drink, habits and lifestyle, social media, or even belief systems. Ayurveda’s approach is holistic and powerful in its simplicity, encouraging gradual changes for lasting benefits.
Transformation happens faster and more effectively in community. We'll stay connected through daily group interactions, with Joy offering guidance and accountability as we embark on this detox journey together. This is a different approach to detoxing—starting at the level of the brain, shifting our neurochemistry to support lasting change beyond willpower.
Each week, we’ll explore Ayurvedic techniques for nourishment, body wisdom, and vitality. You’ll take what resonates with you and leave the rest. This practice can reduce inflammation, boost energy, improve sleep, mental clarity, and spark creativity.
In addition to Ayurvedic practices, we’ll share simple, balanced, vegetarian recipes—protein-rich, nutrient-dense, and delicious. You won’t go hungry; the focus is on satiation, not deprivation.
We’ll also explore the doshas, helping you make personalized choices in food, spices, and lifestyle to support your unique mind-body type. These practices can improve sleep, balance energy, heal the digestive system, and clear emotional and mental toxicity.
This detox is about nurturing your body, not relying on willpower. We’ll work with biochemistry and intuition, allowing the body’s wisdom to guide the way back to wholeness.
