This all-levels class combines gentle yoga, calming meditation, and the powerful vibrations of singing bowls for a deeply restorative experience. As we reflect on gratitude, the soothing sounds will guide you into an extended savasana, creating harmony between body, mind, and spirit.
Through gentle movement and the healing resonance of the bowls, we’ll reset the nervous system, cultivating a sense of peace, balance, and resiliency that you can carry with you throughout the day. This practice is designed to help you receive and integrate the qualities of gratitude—leaving you grounded, centered, and full of light.
Bring your yoga mat, water, journal, and any comfort items (pillows, bolsters, blankets) to enhance your experience. Studio props are also available for use.
