Join us as we explore best practices for optimal wellbeing. This class is open to all. You do not need to have energy “training” of any sort or work as a practitioner to benefit. We will touch on topics such as energetic protection, energetic clearing and energetic restoration. Participants will receive a range of easy-to-follow (and low-to-no-cost!) tips and practices that can enhance their day-to-day lives and any existing energy/spiritual rituals that serve self and others.
