Harmonize Your Spirit with Crystal Singing Bowls: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, bells, chimes, rain stick and flower of life wind gong. While Jenn plays, these mesmerizing sounds will align your energies, clear blockages, and leave you feeling rejuvenated and harmonized.
Class will begin with a few words on each oil as you apply and inhale each one learning a layering technique. You will learn how and where to use them, as well as their healing benefits and properties. Empowering you to feel confident to use these oils in everyday life. We will also talk about what Reiki is and how sound healing works. After the education and Q&A you will settle in for the sound bath and Reiki.
