Join us as we explore 4 different sections of the body to increase awareness of sensation and learn to soften those stress-filled spaces — bringing health and vitality to our whole.
Each week will prioritize an aspect of the physical self and weave asana + breath practice with aspects of the emotional self. Where do you notice stress/sensation in your body? Are you willing to explore it further?
Each class will be a slightly different pace and is open to all levels of yoga experience.
Expect to use props to provide safety and support to the body during class.
Week One: Get out of your head (neck and shoulders)
Week Two: Be tender toward your tummy (GI/abdomen)
Week Three: Stabilize your pelvis (hips)
Week Four: Stand on your own two feet (lower limbs)
