In this introductory series, you’ll have the chance to experience and practice different types of yoga to discover what resonates with you. Each session will introduce techniques, movements, and props tailored to meet individual needs.
Throughout this series, students will be introduced to four unique styles of yoga:
Week 1: Hatha Yoga (Jan. 4)
Week 2: Slow Vinyasa (Jan. 11)
Week 3: Yin Yoga (Jan. 18)
Week 4: Restorative Yoga (Jan. 25)
