Let Kylie guide you through 4 weeks of meditation practice in a safe and supportive community of like minded individuals. She has over 6 years of experience with meditation and helping others learn.

Each week Kylie will guide you through new and fun mindfulness practices, guided meditations, silent meditation, breathwork, and more! At the end of the 4-week class series, you will have gained 3 styles of meditation to use, plus 5 supportive practices to deepen your connection.
