This basics class welcomes new students and experienced practitioners alike. Offered at a slower pace, this class focuses on helping students become more at home in their bodies through basic yoga postures, feeling into each pose with gradual cues and the significance of the breath in our practice. Even though certain concepts may be focused on over several classes, you need not worry if you arrive in the middle, as there are no moves to memorize. Just like yoga, this class will meet you wherever you are, no matter who you are, allowing you to explore your own unique envelope of movement.
