Our yoga practice can be a beautiful way to connect us as a community. It can bring us together to heal, grow and learn as a collective. It can also be an amazing way to connect with yourself. Building a home practice can be an empowering way to connect with your body.
Being able to build your own flow can be amazing when on vacations, camping, during times when you crave alone time, or in a pandemic when you are overwhelmed with screen time.
