As we move into winter, we can use the Chinese Meridians and Yin Yang Yoga to help us connect to our emotional life under our tissues through an interwoven experience between stillness (yin) and movement (yang).
With a yin and yang yoga sequence that targets the kidneys through yin yoga shapes like Sphinx and legs up the wall, and a yang flow like head to knee, we will explore ways we can move from anxiety to curiosity+compassion and from self-doubt to a deeper sense of self-trust.
