A 4-week trauma-informed somatic breathwork journey to help you move from surviving to thriving and experience new levels of grounding, safety, presence and trust in your body.
What is somatic breathwork? Somatic means “of the body”, as opposed to the mind. Somatic breathwork is a healing practice that thaws frozen emotions, releases trapped energy & brings you into deeper connection with your body and inner landscape. It also helps calm your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight), activate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) and process emotions in between those two states.
Root down to rise up: Without a strong foundation of safety and security in the psychosoma, thriving in creativity, love, relationships and spirituality can be challenging. Without strong roots, we can get stuck in our mind and locked out of our body. When this happens, it’s more difficult to access our intuition or inner wisdom. When there is safety and grounding in the body, living authentically, feeling spiritually connected and thriving in life become more easeful and natural! We root down so we can rise up!
This workshop is designed to help you unlock deeper layers of innerstanding so you can walk with more trust and confidence on your journey.
What you can expect: Each week, we will begin with a teaching session and group discussion around that day’s theme. Next, you’ll lie down for a 45-minute somatic breathwork journey. We will finish with a post-breathe reflection and integration discussion. You’ll also receive practices and tools to take with you into your week between sessions for deeper healing and integration.
Week 1 (July 12th): Grounding - How to more effectively ground into your body and the earth you live on.
Week 2 (July 19th): Safety - Calming the nervous system and shifting from unsafety into safety.
No class July 26th
Week 3 (August 2nd): Trust - Discover where you’re not trusting and learn to surrender into deeper self trust and deeper trust in God.
Week 4 (August 9th): Receptivity - Release patterned scarcity within your soma and allow yourself to receive.

To get the most out of this workshop, it is recommended to attend every class to fully immerse yourself in the healing journey, however if you cannot, drop ins are welcome.
