This class is a safe and supportive space designed to help you connect with your body and mind in a compassionate way. You will be guided you through a gentle sequence of postures that incorporate breathwork and mindfulness techniques to help you feel grounded, centered, and at ease.
Our trauma-informed approach emphasizes self-compassion, choice, empowerment, and collaboration. This class offers variations and modifications for each pose to ensure that you feel comfortable and in control at all times.
In this class, we aim to create a sense of community and connection among participants. You are welcome to participate at your own pace, take breaks as needed, and make choices that feel right for you.
We encourage you to listen to your body, honor your boundaries, and use this practice as a way to cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-care.
