We continue our journey by exploring the concept of cultivating a personalized medicine wheel—a sacred collection of tools and practices we gather on the path of self-love and self-discovery, combining both lecture and ceremony, offering a holistic experience. We will delve into topics such as somatic healing, plant spirit medicine, mindset, meditation, breathwork, and more.
In this class, we will explore how the body holds onto past experiences and how somatic tools and practices can help release stored emotions, strengthening the mind-body connection and unlocking the potential for deep healing. We will also sit in ceremony with cacao, a traditional shamanic plant spirit that opens and grounds us in our hearts. Following this, we will engage in a kundalini breathwork practice that you can take home and incorporate into your personalized medicine wheel.
