This special practice combines core principles of Yin Yoga, the Chakras and Chinese Medicine. A slow, intentional, and steady practice, Yin Yoga increases flexibility and range of motion; improves recovery from strength and cardio workouts; and cares for the whole practitioner - body, mind and spirit. The perfect vehicle for meditation, we will spend each class meditating on one of each of the 7 chakras and unlocking the wisdom they hold.
